They are made from a fairly thick knit fabric, BUT there is no fleece lining! I've had fleece lined pants before, and liked them in cold weather, so was disappointed to find that there was not fleece inside. The pants are plenty long enough, which is a plus for me, but the fabric, which I haven't washed yet, already has some pilling on the front of the legs.All in all, they fit OK, but missing the fleece lining, and getting pilling instead, isn't enough to make me love these.
